Jewelry
What is your jewelry made out of?
Our jewelry is made of 925 silver or stainless steel plated with 14k or 18k gold and is free of lead, nickel, and cadmium. Natural stones and wood beads, when used, are noted in the description. Charms on beaded bracelets are noted in the description and are either gold plated brass or gold plated 925 silver. Charms may also be enamel which are plated in gold.
Stones
We use semi-precious stone beads including quartz, jade, opalite, druzy, amazonite, agate, amethyst, mother of pearl, red corundum, howlite, jasper, and lava stones.
Beads
We use a variety of beads to create our jewelry. Beads may be metals in silver, gold plating, rose-gold plating and rainbow foil plating. We also use a variety of glass and crystal beads. The type of bead is noted in detail in the product description.
Freshwater Pearls
All our pearl pieces exclusively use freshwater pearls. No two freshwater pearls are the same and will come in many shapes and colours giving them their own unique and beautiful properties.
Enamel charms
Enamel is a coating applied over gold plated jewelry, providing color and an added durability
What ring sizes do you offer and how do I know my ring size?
We currently carry sizes 6 and 7 as these are popular ring sizes. Depending on the style of the ring, the fit may vary. Thicker, chunky rings may fit tighter as they take up more space on your finger. If you are between sizes we suggest sizing up.
To measure your ring size, take a piece of string and wrap it around your finger, marking the beginning and end. The string should fit comfortably. Lay the measured string down on a ruler to determine the length in millimeters and use the measurement chart below to determine your size.
Will Gloria Jewelry irritate my sensitive skin?
All Gloria Jewelry is lead, nickel and cadmium free. Base metal and plating metal is included in every product listing on our website.
The item I want is out of stock, will you be restocking soon?
If you have any further questions about the re-stocking of items, please contact us and we can let you know whether or not the item is discontinued or if it will be re-stocked in the future.
A necklace I got is not the length I would’ve picked for myself. What can I do?
We recommend you add 3” extender chains that can be attached to all lobster clasp closure necklaces or bracelets.
Shipping
We include free complimentary gift packaging with all Gloria jewelry purchases.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD within Canada and the U.S..
To qualify for free shipping, your order must be $100 CAD or more after discounts and promotions are applied.
International Orders: If you are an international customer (not including the US), and require tracking on your order, please contact us directly for shipping rates.
You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase. All orders typically take 3 to 4 business days to process in addition to shipping estimates (see below). Please note that this may vary during busier high-volume times such as sales, promotions or Christmas. Order placed on Saturday and Sunday, or after 12pm CST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed before 12pm CST with expedited shipping will ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on the weekend will ship the following business day.
Gloria ships all orders from Calgary, Alberta, Canada via Canada Post. Costs are calculated at checkout and your total will be posted before finalizing your order.
Each order has the option to select Tracked Shipping or Standard Non-Tracked Shipping at the checkout.
Gloria shall not be held liable for any lost packages when selecting the Standard Non-Tracked Shipping option.
Shipping time depends on if you selected tracked or non-tracked shipping.

Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance, or weather. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.
Duty + Taxes
Duty and taxes upon entry into the destination country are at the responsibility of the customer and will require payment upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Incorrect Address or Missing Information
Gloria Inc. is not responsible for incorrect or missing address information, unavailability or refusal to accept delivery of shipment.
Warranty
Gloria offers a 90-day warranty on all jewelry items. Our 90-day warranty does not cover lost items, scratches or damage that come with normal wear and tear (like a broken chain), or damage from improper use or storage of your product. We are unable to replace lost jewelry. In the rare case of a skin to metal sensitivity and the plating tarnishes, we are unable to replace the item or replate the item. If the item is able to be repaired, we will happily do so within 90 days of the purchase date. Please kindly submit a warranty request and our team will follow up with you within 1-4 business days. Gloria does not cover the return shipping cost for repairs or damages. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs requests.
Returns and Exchanges

- Due to hygienic reasons all earrings and ear cuffs are a final sale.
• Sale items are a final sale.
• Items purchased during a sale are a final sale.
• Gift cards and gift boxes are a final sale.
Returns
Returns are accepted on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in original packaging and/or with tags attached. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost.
Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held liable for lost items.
In the event of a special offer or sale, absolutely no price adjustments will be issued for previously purchased merchandise. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable exchange requests.
Please kindly submit a Return request and our team will follow up with you within 1-4 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Please allow 5- 9 business days after the item is delivered at our Head Office for processing.
Exchanges
Gloria does not have a formal exchange program. If you would like to exchange something for a different color or size, we treat it like a return. You can place a new order on our website for the item you would like to receive in exchange upon returning the initial item.
Holiday Return
To be eligible for a holiday return, the following conditions must be met:
- Product was purchased between November 1st & December 25th of the current year.
• Product is unworn and in its original packaging.
• Able to provide a receipt or order number (ex. #23456).
• Return is initiated by January 15th of the following year after purchase year.
• Item was not a final sale. Purchases during Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Boxing Day are a final sale.
Item must be in original packaging and/or with tags attached. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost.

Jewelry Care
Our jewelry is 14K gold plated over 925 silver or over brass in the case of some charms.
Protect the plating of your jewelry (and avoid tarnish) by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, showering, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair and cleaning products. If your pieces get wet, wipe them dry. Always wear your rubber or metal safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss.
To clean jewelry wipe away dirt or oil buildup with a soft cloth or microfibre cloth. Store jewelry separately to avoid scratching or tangling. Do not use jewelry cleaners or polishing cloths on your jewelry.
A good rule of thumb is to put your jewelry on last, after makeup, perfume, sunscreen etc, before you leave home and then take it off first thing when you get home.
